Store Policies

Shipping

Processing & delivery

  • Most orders ship within 2 business days (not counting weekends/holidays).
  • Shipping times depend on carrier and destination.
  • Tracking is provided when available.

Returns

Returns & refunds

  • Returns are accepted on eligible items in new/unused condition, within 14 days of delivery.
  • Some items may be final sale (clearance, special orders, etc.).
  • Refunds are issued back to the original payment method after inspection.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made a mistake.

FFL Transfers

Firearm transfers

  • All firearm transfers must comply with federal, state, and local laws.
  • Valid government ID and required paperwork/background check are required where applicable.
  • Transfer fees (if any) are communicated before completion.

Special Orders

Special orders & deposits

  • Special orders may require a deposit or full prepayment.
  • Special orders are typically non-cancellable once placed with the distributor.
  • Lead times vary depending on availability.

NFA Items

Suppressors & NFA

  • NFA items require additional paperwork and approval timelines.
  • Deposits/payments on NFA items are generally non-refundable once paperwork is submitted.
  • All NFA processes must be completed in accordance with applicable laws and procedures.

Local Pickup

Pickup policy

  • Pickup availability depends on item type and order status.
  • Please wait for a “ready for pickup” notice before arriving.
  • Bring your order confirmation and ID.

Privacy

Customer information

  • We use customer info to fulfill orders, provide support, and comply with legal requirements.
  • We don’t sell your personal information.
