To purchase a firearm from Badwoods Outdoors, you must create an account and be legally eligible to possess and purchase firearms under all applicable federal, Kentucky, and local laws. Handgun transfers through an FFL require the buyer to be at least 21 years old. For buyers under 21, federal law may trigger an enhanced background check review that can delay certain firearm transfers for up to 10 business days. All required paperwork and final transfer steps will be completed in person at Badwoods Outdoors. For suppressors and other NFA items, ATF approval is required before transfer.
